Processes and organisation
We measure how long a process takes and what it costs, remove waste and check that the improvement lasts. We also review grant-funded projects before the funding body does.
Challenges we work on
A grant-funded project is approaching settlement or inspection, and expenditure and documentation need checking before there is a risk of financial correction. A process takes too long and costs too much, but nobody knows exactly where the waste occurs. Before automation or AI implementation, the process needs to be measured as it is.
01
Scope of services
We also run workshops and training designed around a specific problem, for example process management and BPMN for public administration.
02
Measurable result
We measure process cycle time and workload before and after the change, the number and status of improvements implemented, the amount of expenditure verified and the number of irregularities found. We measure the baseline before the change, so there is something to compare against.
