Auditors, advisers and implementation practitioners. For each engagement we put together a small team: one person who leads the project and is accountable for the result, and experts in the areas concerned.

How we combine expertise

Our team includes information security auditors, AI governance experts, quality management system specialists and people who have led large change programmes. This means AI implementations take data security into account from the start, and audits end with a plan that can actually be carried out.

    Professor of management specialising in the digital transformation of organisations and the use of AI. He has published widely on artificial intelligence and the algorithmisation of management processes. He leads projects on the safe use of AI and on process optimisation and automation. He has more than twenty years of advisory experience and hundreds of projects in energy, transport, healthcare, culture, public administration and municipal companies.

    He specialises in strategy execution, organisational transformation and managing large change programmes. He led the AMIplus programme at TAURON Dystrybucja, rolling out smart metering for more than 6 million energy customers, and built Lunching from scratch; the company was later acquired by Benefit Systems. He leads organisational audits and process improvement and automation projects. He has more than 15 years of experience in managing change, with projects in energy, rail, manufacturing, banking, retail and public administration.

    ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. At RE:ORDER he supports audits and implementations of information security management systems. He combines a background in econometrics and information management with hands-on experience in technology.

  • Dr Justyna Małysiak-Frankiewicz

    AI governance expert

    Assistant professor at the Faculty of Management and Leadership of the Military University of Land Forces, she manages research projects funded by the Ministry of National Defence and coordinates two projects of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. She works on implementing and governing artificial intelligence: she has completed postgraduate studies in this field and training on the ISO/IEC 42001 standard for AI management systems. She is a business trainer.
