How we help
You want to use AI across the organisation but don't know where to start. Or the tools are already in use, but every department uses them differently. We start with a diagnosis: where AI will deliver a measurable effect and which risks need to be managed. That becomes a strategy with rules for using AI and a governance model, and the first implementations in your processes show what has changed against the baseline.
You need to comply with Poland's KSC Act or get information security in order. Our audit team meets the requirements of Article 15 of the National Cybersecurity System Act, and we show you what to fix first. Then we implement what is missing: an information security management system (ISMS) that meets ISO/IEC 27001, a business continuity plan and procedures your team will use every day.
You are planning an investment but don't know which programme could fund it. We match a programme to your investment, prepare the application with its attachments, including energy and accessibility audits, answer the assessors' questions and see the project through to settlement.
You have a cybersecurity grant and need to use it well. Your project is funded by a programme that requires cybersecurity audits, documentation or training. We deliver them within the programme's deadlines and prepare the documents you need to settle the grant.
