About us

We help businesses and public institutions adopt AI, strengthen cybersecurity, introduce effective management systems and secure EU and national funding. Our team is made up of auditors, advisers and implementation practitioners, selected for the scope of each engagement.

We base decisions and change on facts, so that the new order lasts after we leave.

RE:ORDER partners: Prof. Roman Batko and Borys Błaszczyk

What RE: means

For us, RE: means taking a fresh, careful look at an organisation. We don't start from scratch and we don't firefight. We check how the organisation really works and put in order what needs to change. We establish the facts first and choose the tools later. We treat AI, security and funding together, because in practice decisions in these areas are made together.

Our principles

  • Inquisitiveness. We check first and judge later. We don't confirm the client's assumptions without testing them, and we speak plainly about uncomfortable findings too.

  • Method. We run every project in the same steps: diagnosis, priorities, implementation, verification. You always know where we are and what comes next.

  • Reliability. We keep established facts separate from forecasts, and we promise only what the contract covers.

  • Clarity. We write so that the board can make a decision and a specialist can check the details. For every recommendation, we state how long it will take, what it will cost and what risk it carries.
